Fun, Fitness, and Friends; that’s what our youth programs are all about. All of our workouts incorporate NUTRITION, FITNESS, & MENTAL GAME tips.

SQUAD (ages 6-9)
This age group is all about enhancing gross motor skills through fun bodyweight exercises and fitness games.
FORCE (ages 10-13)
Ths is a general athletic development program promoting injury prevention, balance and coordination, speed and agility, and strength and conditioning through fun fitness games and exercise routines.
IMPACT (ages 14-18)
This is a total body strength and conditioning program for high schoolers incorporating flexibility and mobility work, plyometrics, & strength and conditioning exercises using bodyweight, bands, medicine balls, sand bags, dumbbells, battle ropes, tractor tires, etc.
